Zero Gravity is a dedicated xcel gymnastics team built on hard work, unity, and a passion for excellence. Training together at Randolph Athletic Club, our athletes push one another to perform at their best while fostering a supportive, close-knit atmosphere.
We are proud to be home to multiple State Champions across every division and the current State Championship titleholders. Our team looks forward to continuing to build on this legacy of success.
At Zero Gravity, we believe in more than just building strong gymnasts—we focus on creating lasting friendships and a true sense of family. Led by our experienced Head Coach JC and supported by a talented staff of assistant coaches, every gymnast receives the technical training, guidance, and encouragement they need to reach their full potential.
Pre-Team
Big Dreams Start Small — Building Tomorrow’s Champions Today
The perfect starting point for young athletes, Pre-Team is designed for girls ages 4 and older who show potential and interest in advancing beyond recreational classes. As the precursor to our competitive team, Pre-Team focuses on building strength, flexibility, and foundational skills while introducing athletes to structured training. With practices twice a week, girls gain confidence, discipline, and a strong skill base—all while having fun and preparing for future competition opportunities.

Welcome to the Randolph Athletic Club's USAG competitive Xcel gymnastics program! Here, athletes have the opportunity to elevate their skills and compete at the highest levels of the sport. Our program is thoughtfully designed to offer a challenging yet supportive environment, fostering skill development, confidence, and enduring friendships among teammates.
At Randolph Athletic Club, we view gymnastics as more than just a sport; it's a way of life. Our USAG competitive gymnastics program provides athletes with the chance to challenge themselves, forge new friendships, and be part of a supportive community that shares a passion for gymnastics.

This team is designed to prepare gymnasts for entry into the competitive team. It serves as a bridge between recreational classes and the more structured competition team. The Pre Team stage is a crucial step for young gymnasts to develop the foundational skills, strength, and discipline needed to transition into competitive gymnastics.

The practice schedule varies for each level of the program, but you can expect to practice anywhere from 2 times a week to 5 times a week based on your level of competition.
