How Birthdays Happen at RAC
Easy peasy!
Fill out the Birthday Inquiry here with your preferred party date(s), and our team will be in touch within 48 hours to confirm availability.
Once your date is confirmed, you’ll complete an agreement and submit a $100 deposit to lock everything in- you’re officially booked! 🎈
From there, send out your invites and get excited… we’ve got the rest covered.
Two weeks before your party, we’ll call to confirm your final headcount and go over any additional food orders. We also need a picture of the birthday child at this time. This step is important, we customize your child’s party based on this information! Please answer and be prepared so your party attendants can proceed with the final details.
You can order additional food from our preferred vendors or bring your own food, whatever works best for your family.
Party Day:
Arrive 15 minutes early with your birthday star ⭐ and get ready for the magic moment, our one-of-a-kind TRON Board, where your child will see themselves up on the big screen!
From there, our team takes over:

We have birthdays for children as young as 2 years old! We will make an event that fits the birthday Childs personality and skill set. Please inquire for more details.

You can arrive early but you will not be able to enter the party room until your designated time as we have friends celebrating their special day before and after you!

Yes, we provide food and drink for the birthday child and friends though you are welcome to bring your own as well. Please see each party package for details.
We do not allow open flames, outside of birthday candles- no sterno’s / heated plates.

This is a Childs birthday party! Parents are asked to stay in the lobby or drop off. Birthday parents are allowed to come on the floor, once they take their shoes off.
